Free worldwide shipping
Every AstraLume order ships free with tracking — no minimum spend, anywhere we deliver.
Made to order
Each lamp is hand-poured to order, so please allow around 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your piece is on its way.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes a further 1–2 weeks depending on your country and local carriers — most orders arrive within about 21 days of ordering. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Order changes
Need to fix an address or change your design? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before production begins.
Customs and import fees
International orders may occasionally be subject to local customs or import charges, which are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 40 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate and make it right.
