Damaged or faulty items

Every lamp is packed in custom protective foam. In the rare case something arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and the refund covers the item price once we receive it back in good condition.

Made-to-order note

Because each lamp is hand-poured to order, we can only accept change-of-mind returns on undamaged, unused pieces. Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

How to request a refund or replacement

Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and (for damage) a photo. We'll reply with next steps — please don't ship anything back before we confirm.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks process them within 5–10 business days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
